This was the first time we had really put any thought into outdoor furniture beyond browsing online. As soon as we walked through the door, we saw the set we ultimately ended up buying. Thomas Hammond greeted us as we walked in. We made it clear that we were just beginning our search and still had several other stores we planned to visit that day. Even knowing that, he spent more than two hours laying out measurements on the showroom floor based on the photos and dimensions of our deck. He arranged and rearranged multiple furniture configurations to make sure we would be happy with how everything fit our space. At no point did it feel like Thomas was trying to sell us anything. It genuinely felt like he was shopping for his own home and helping us make the best decision. There was absolutely no pressure throughout the entire experience. After visiting the other stores on our list, we already knew we had found the outdoor furniture we wanted at Gladhill. Thomas gave us complete confidence in our decision by investing so much time and effort into helping us. We also couldn’t beat the price compared with furniture of comparable quality that we had seen online. Gladhill isn’t cheap, but neither is quality. As the saying goes, “Buy once, cry once.” We would much rather invest once in furniture built to last than replace cheaper furniture every few years. Our delivery was just as impressive. We were given a two-hour window, and the truck arrived about 10 to 15 minutes early. Everything was quickly and professionally placed before our scheduled delivery window had even officially begun. It was the perfect finish to a seamless shopping experience. We highly recommend Gladhill Furniture and fully expect to be repeat customers. It was a 10/10 experience from start to finish.
