This variation of the Highlands Bed expands on the inspiration of Scottish Arts and Crafts designer Charles Rennie Mackintosh. Here, slats replace the solid headboard and footboard, and each is pierced with both square and rectangular cutouts. The footboard also displays a subtle arc between reverse-tapered posts.
